More About Sheri

Sheri Clarry’s intrigue with selling real estate, and selling it on Long Island’s North Fork, is all thanks to pleasant surprises. Her interest in fine properties blossomed as several of Sheri’s investments in NJ and NY brought in positive sales returns. While her love of the area stemmed from a romantic getaway her husband planned years ago that led to their own home purchase on the North Fork just three weeks later.

Thanks to plenty of hard work, Sheri has been the North Fork’s Top Producer from 2005 to 2011. Among her accomplishments is the brokering of the highest record-breaking sale in the area, representing both the buyer and seller of the property. Sheri also single-handedly covered the North Fork from the fall of 2005 until Corcoran’s purchase of Allan Schneider Associates the following year. In 2008 she earned the much coveted recognition of “Wall Street Journal’s Top 100 Agents in the Country by Sales Volume”. And for 2007, 2008 and 2009, she was recognized as one of Hamptons Magazine “Power Brokers.” Sheri is also a member of Corcoran’s Commercial Division which represents commercial properties on the East End of Long Island.

While proud of her achievements, it is the loyalty and satisfaction of her clients that are most rewarding. Sheri understands that acting on impulse can certainly be exciting, yet takes a much more calculated approach to helping others realize their real estate dreams. Through intent listening, careful planning and a thorough education of clients’ various options, she helps buyers and sellers of primary and secondary homes maximize their opportunity and experience. Sheri is a “deal junkie” who not only knows how to pull all the pieces together, but to do so efficiently and effectively so all parties come out ahead. Sheri optimizes service to clients with constant attention to detail, accessibility and care.

Sheri always worked hard and built upon her talents, as well as her connections. During her studies in Business Management & Communications at Ramapo State College, she worked in her family’s business then set her sights on greater avenues doing special projects at McAndrews & Forbes. Sheri’s style and grace, coupled with her keen managerial and organizational skills, earned her another high-profile spot with “Co-op King” MJ Raynes. Prior to entering real estate, she found her dream job with Polo Ralph Lauren, and as Director of PR & Special Projects, helped launch the successful Polo.com, yet the thrill of having children and the beauty of vacationing on the North Fork turned Sheri’s life around.

This former Upper East Side resident and member of her coop board ultimately decided with her husband, a NYC-based personal trainer to a well-known clientele and contributing editor for Men’s Vogue, that full-time living out East was their next chapter in life. In doing so, Sheri has not only found her calling in real estate to the benefit of others seeking homes there, but has joined a community in which she’s proud to be involved in. Sheri is a board member of the North Fork Chamber of commerce, and is a supporter of various charities including, Corcoran Cares, Maureen’s Haven, Habitat for Humanity, The Make a Wish Foundation and ARF.
